Full-Color Without the Sticker Look

What materials can you work with?
Material compatibility depends on the process. Projects may include compatible wood, acrylic, glass, coated metal, crystal, and 3D-print materials. Send photos, dimensions, or material details with your quote request so we can confirm the right approach before production.
Are there any materials you can’t engrave or print on?
Yes. We do not process materials that contain PVC/vinyl, certain unknown plastics, or highly heat‑sensitive coatings, as they can produce hazardous fumes or fail under laser/UV processes. We also avoid questionable composites and anything with unknown chemical content. When in doubt, we’ll ask for details or recommend a safer alternative substrate.
What files should I provide?
Send the best artwork, logo, text, dimensions, and reference images you have. Vector artwork is generally preferred for logos and line art, while high-resolution images may be appropriate for photographs and full-color UV printing.
For 2D artwork and logos we accept SVG, PNG, JPG, and AI files. For 3D‑printed parts, we accept STL and can also work from STEP/OBJ in some cases. Vector‑based files (like SVG or AI) usually give the best results for laser and UV work. If you only have a rough image or sketch, we can often help translate it into production‑ready artwork.
Can you personalize an item I already own?
Possibly. It depends on the item’s material, shape, finish, condition, and whether it can be safely positioned for engraving or printing. Send clear photos and dimensions before bringing in or shipping an item.
How long does a project take?
There is no standard turnaround time. Turnaround depends on the design, material, quantity, proofing, finishing, and current production schedule. Include your deadline with the quote request so we can confirm whether the project can be completed in time.
